OzForms ("we", "us", "our") operates ozforms.com.au. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Your form data stays in your browser

Everything you type into a form on OzForms — names, dates, TFN, addresses, signatures — is processed entirely within your browser. We do not transmit, store, or have any access to the information you enter into forms. When you download your completed PDF, it is generated locally in your browser and goes directly to your device. We never see it.

2. Information we collect

We collect minimal information to operate the service:

  • Usage data: We use Cloudflare's analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, device types, country). This data is anonymised and does not identify individuals.
  • Contact emails: If you email us at contact@ozforms.com.au, we retain your email address and message in order to respond to you. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

3. Cookies

OzForms does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security purposes (bot detection). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking services.

4. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form PDFs are sourced from official Australian government websites and served from our own infrastructure. We do not embed third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

5. Data retention

Since we don't store your form data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Any contact emails you send us are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, and then deleted.

6. Children's privacy

OzForms is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
