What is OzForms?

OzForms is a free online tool that lets you fill in Australian government forms — tax forms, Medicare claims, tenancy agreements, and more — directly in your browser, then download a completed PDF.

No printing, no handwriting, no scanning. Just type, download, and done.

How does it work?

We take official PDF forms from government sources (ATO, Services Australia, NSW Fair Trading, etc.) and create a clean form-filling interface for each one. When you fill in the fields and hit download, the PDF is generated entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your device.

We don't store any of your information. We don't have accounts. We don't have servers that receive your form data. Everything happens locally on your computer or phone.

Is it free?

Yes, completely free. No subscription, no credit card, no watermarks. Just fill in your form and download it.

Are the forms official?

We use the original, unmodified PDFs from official government sources. Our tool overlays your typed responses on top of those PDFs. The result is the official form, filled in with your information.

OzForms is not affiliated with any government agency. If you're unsure whether a form is current, always verify with the issuing agency.

Why did we build this?

Australian government forms are notoriously annoying to fill in. Most are designed to be printed and handwritten. Some have fillable PDFs that only work in Adobe Acrobat, which most people don't have. Others require you to log into a government portal to access.
