When do you need this form?
You need this form if you are applying for education assistance for a child under 16 years old whose parent is a veteran, current or former member of the Australian Defence Force. The education allowance helps cover costs associated with the child's schooling and will be paid to whoever receives Family Tax Benefit for that child.
