Ending a child support assessment (CS1671)
This form is used to request Services Australia to end your child support assessment.
When do you need this form?
You need this form when you want to stop having Services Australia calculate how much child support is required for your child or children. This might happen when you've made private arrangements with the other parent or your circumstances have changed significantly.
What you'll need
- Your Customer Reference Number (if known)
- Personal details of yourself and the other parent (names, addresses, dates of birth, contact details)
- Details of all children involved in the assessment (names and dates of birth)
- Your reasons for wanting to end the assessment
- The date you want the assessment to end

Submit the completed form to Services Australia through your Child Support online account via myGov, or contact them on 131 272 for submission options.
