This form allows you to provide an estimated income when your current income differs significantly from what's used in your child support assessment.
When do you need this form?
You need this form when your current income is at least 15% less than the adjusted taxable income used in your child support assessment, or when you need to update a previously lodged estimate. What you'll need
- Details of your current income and employment situation
- Evidence to support your estimated income amount
- Your previous tax return (must be lodged before estimate can be accepted)
- Year to date income figures
